Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered great room upgrades and awesome cleanliness; however, the credit card procedure was inconvenient. The service was friendly but lacked apologies. The location was pleasant in an upscale area. Dining was average with some stale items. The value for money for the three-night stay was disappointing compared to other similar hotels.
The hotel has its highs and lows. The location is superb, the service is top-notch, but the rooms need improvement, and the dining experience fell short of expectations.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being a bit small, were very clean, and the technician sent in the middle of the night to cool it down made a difference. The executive floor room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely seasonal fruit bowl and complimentary soft drinks. However, the service, though generally warm and friendly, had some lapses with certain female supervisors/waitresses in the restaurant and reception staff. The location was convenient to reach everywhere, but there was room for improvement in communication. The dining experience, especially in the Executive Lounge, was busy and lacked quality, making me prefer going out for a better meal at a fraction of the price.
The hotel had a culturally overwhelming and cute ambiance, but some areas looked a bit dated with chips in the wood furniture. The service was efficient and courteous, offering various amenities. The location was convenient but not on par with other 5-star hotels. The dining experience was satisfactory with a decent variety of food and drinks. Overall, it offered a mix of positives and negatives for a stay.
I felt like a queen in the room with all imaginable amenities, except for its shabby appearance. The complimentary use of the mini-bar and daily laundry service were fantastic perks. However, the room's appearance was a bit disappointing.
Initially, the room had the worst view, but after insisting, they provided a Garden view in an executive suite, which was still underwhelming for the price paid. The AC was not working, and there were maintenance issues like a hanging ceiling in the bathroom. However, the double room was very spacious.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were absolutely great with some really nice decor and awesome standards of cleaning, and after requesting a change, I got an upgrade to an executive deluxe room at the price of a deluxe room. However, the room was a bit dark. The service was okay overall, and the staff were attentive and took care of guests during their stay, but there was some room for improvement. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with very basic and minimal breakfast options. Despite that, the hotel facilities were decent and offered what I needed during my stay.
The hotel has a spacious and well-designed room with a separate sitting/dining area, but sound insulation is poor, and there is a persistent damp smell. The service is average, lacking in proper customer care but excelling in other areas. The location is charming and accommodating, although it presented some challenges during my stay. The dining options were decent but lacked variety. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, with room for improvement.
